If the windows are binding, remove the door trim panels and clean the steel roller tracks and nylon rollers on the window regulator. Then clean the vertical rubber guides. Remove all of the old lube, rust proofing, accumulated dirt and crud. (Carburetor cleaner works well for this.) Then spray lithium grease on the tracks and rollers on the regulator. Use silicone spray on the rubber tracks. The silicone will protect the rubber guides and help keep them soft. Eventually the silicone will wash off from rain etc, when it does, re-spray them. You can spray just the guides without removing the trim panels. No squeaks, no binding! The vertical tracks are adjustable to help align the glass if necessary.

Finally got around to doing all of this. Unfortunately it did not work so now im guessing im gonna have to replace the motor which I really am gonna hate doing..............
