Fully agree with ya on this. La. when I lived there the drinking age was 18 and do you know how many stupid ass people would go drink it up then drive or they were always starting fights. And it was mainly the ones under 21 that did that. Right before I turned 18 they raised up to 21 due to all the problems they were having.
Heres alittle know fact for you. In La. it is perfectly legal for you to have a open container in your car as long as it is someone else holding it and not you.
