yeah a 6 psi the power difference between a turbo and blower is minimal, but all he has to do is turn a knob and run 12 psi or 15 psi or 20 psi or 25 psi ( given if he has the right fuel managment to go with it ) with a blower you would have to swap pulleys to switch from high boost which might require race gas, to your street setup. for a turbo charger just lower the boost inside the car, piece of cake, when you have race gas, you gain atleast 100 more whp if your internals and fuel system can handle it.

and that the where the main advance of a turbo comes in. so yeah at lower boost and if its gonna stay at lower boost for the life of the car then yeah a low psi blower is definitly the better choice.
but can your B18C1 and its all aluminum block, and high compression ratio handle 25psi without requiring some major modifications

I mean if your looking to go big, yeah the trubo's definately the better option...but if your looking for powerband and performance without major changes, the S/C is better
