2000 Ford explorer limited
i just bought a 2000 Ford explorer (limited) from an insurance compnay, they dont have the key for it and i am trying to find if there is a way to find the code for it any where inside the vehicle and take it to the dealer and cut a new key, i asked the ford dealer to get the code for me and they said that i have to tow the truck to their lot , which i am fine with, but the issue here is the 4X4 is locked since the transmission is on Park, how am i going to tow it?!!!
they only way is to lift it up by a crane all the way to their lot
help me please if you know where to find the code for the key cutting , i am ready to look any where in the truck.. thanks
