Seems to me that if it was a real problem we would have hear a lot more accounts of this.

There are risks in anything, including driving. There are stories of people being saved in accidents by not wearing their seat belts, but in the vast majority of accidents, seat belts and air bags will help.

There are stories of people being killed because of air bags, are you going to disable those too?

I'm not saying to ignore the story, just keep perspective.
