I could be a smart ass and say it's all the slow cars...........

Multi point injection uses one injector per cylinder, usually located beside the intake valve.

A throttle body uses one or two injectors located on top of the intake manifold, where you would normally find a carburetor.

These guidelines pretty much limit you to basic, cheaper cars from the '80's.

If you have money available, try using a GM car with a 2.5 liter 4 cyl engine, but substitue a GM marine engine block. They came with 2.9 liters and 140 hp, but can produce more with some basic mods. They are internall much stronger than the car engines and can happily run at full throttle, 4500 rpm+, all day.
