I asume you have checked it out and are sure the intake gaskets is leaking?
Is there Coolant in oil?
The dist mounting and valve cover gasket are the easy part.
Just pull dist and you will see the gasket on the bottom.
And remove the valve covers and you will see the gasket/seal.
What kind of help do you need like removing the intake or installing the gaskets or putting it back together?
One of the first things is to mark the position of the dist and where the rotor is pointing and do not turn the engine when the dist is out of it.
There is improved gasket sets out there. Dealer or aftermarket.
And make sure you torque everything.
Here is a link to All data DIY repair info online sub that would lead you the the gasket replacement. Very good repair info and it is always there to help you threw it step by step. 24.95$ a year but will pay for itself in one repair.

Also when you get the gasket changed be sure change that oil and filter a couple of times.
