On the street, the 240 would probably win. RWD rocks. It does so on the dragstrip too, but at least the Civic would get to run slicks and maybe have a chance.
BTW, there was a Vortech equipped Civic in SCC forever ago. Ran a 14.4 I think. Pretty slow, but they said they had traction problems. What a surprise
