Go to
www.car-part.com and do a search for a "Heater/AC Control" for the dash. You should be able to pick up a used asm for a reasonable price. Other than that, get the part number/s from the Ford parts guy and maybe we can do a search on the internet for some NOS(New Old Stock) knobs. These are new-discontinued parts that private dealers pickup from Ford.
