Is there anyway to disconnect the rubber hose at the other end where it hooks into the tee on the axle or does that tee come off the axle somehow? I'm trying to hurry this up cuz I need the truck to move so any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks.
The hose is one piece with the tee. You have to remove the 2 steel lines that go into the tee and then the tee should be held on the axle with a vent(pipe) or a bolt. You'll need to pick up a new rear hose.

Why did you buy a $40K vehicle and not a $100 Factory Service Manual?
