I just bought a 90 Dakota off of my buddy. All of the brake lines need to be replaced because they are really rusty. I have disconnected all of them except for the one in the back. There is a steel line that connects to a rubber hose, I accidentally snapped the steel line and the fitting is stripped so I cannot disconnect it from the hose I tried everything (Plus it is really rusty and I've even tried penetrating fluid). Is there anyway to disconnect the rubber hose at the other end where it hooks into the tee on the axle or does that tee come off the axle somehow? The hose is one piece with the tee. You have to remove the 2 steel lines that go into the tee and then the tee should be held on the axle with a vent(pipe) or a bolt. You'll need to pick up a new rear hose.
