If this problem is evident on more than one window, check the circuit breaker. It may be weak and "popping" too soon. As it cools down, it will reset itself and the windows will work again. This is a very inexpensive repair and your owners manual will tell you exactly where the breaker is located. Bring the old breaker with you to an auto parts store to match up with a new one.
