[burning oil]

i have a 02 altima 2.5s and i'm burning oil. i have taken it to numerous dealerships and mechanics and no one has been able to fix it or give me an explanation on why this is happening. it seems to get worse in the cold weather, and it normally starts about 1500 miles after and oil change. has this happen to anyone else?
