Re: help sleeping
yeah, i really don't intake that much caffeine. last night i went to the gym earlier, did more homework to help relieve the stress also. it was actually easier to fall asleep last night. fell asleep at like 12 instead of the regular 1:30 or 2. the more i think about it the worse of an idea sleeping pills sound. i'll just try and find more stuff to cram into my day to make me more and more tired.
