Yeah I dont think that think there is anything that can run sub 8 seconds that isn't at least a partial tube frame. Its still running the same motor as us(well its still a 4g63 kinda
) and that is whats important. Brent Rau is someone that takes this to a whole different level than someone like Shepard. I have a ton of respect for shepard because his car is still "stock" and not a chopped modified eclipse/tube frame. But his goal is completely different than that of someone like Brent. Brent is setting records for fastest 4-cylinder period. Not just the fastest "stock" DSM. I have a lot of respect and admiration for both men.
