Re: Buying FPR, which is better?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First off, rewiring your fuel pump causes the pump to flow MORE. You are overrunning your factory FPR currently, why would flowing MORE help? If you get a adjustable FPR then you can rewire the fuel pump, but you dont need to rewire it with the 255lph on your current setup. Even in factory wiring form the 255lph will handle well over 50lb/min of airflow. The 14b at most flows around 29-30lb/min of airflow.

Get the Megan FPR if you want, but personally I would get something that is definately proven when it comes to fueling. Megan Racing is likely good for exhausts, but without something allowing me to monitor the operation of the FPR while boosting I wouldnt want to use anything but an Aeromotive or an SX regulator

That is what a guy said on talk.. He doesn't think I need the re-wire..
