Those numbers are from adding upgraded parts i think. I assume they test different size carbs with different intake and setups to produce the best #s. Only reason i say this is because i've seen on adds where they have an asteric which sais somethin like: #s listed were produced with a Holley 750 with high-rise so-and-so intake. Don't know about fuel injection stuff with all there added goodies. Good question. Call Jegs or Summit; they would know, cause they both sell this motor i think.
