Hmmm...the case has nothing to do with abortion, it has to do with the Constitution giving women the right to privacy. It can be argued that the Constitution doesn't specifically grant that right...and that's what conservatives are trying to do.
In my opinion, a bunch of old men shouldn't be allowed to make decisions on abortion rights...I hope I'm never in the situation where I need to have one, but I am pro-choice no matter what. A woman's business is her business.
