without having more data, its hard to offer much, but if you want to disable the traction control and ABS, its quite easy to do. Disconnect any of the wheel sensors. Although I highly doubt thats your problem. Definitely sounds like a tranny issue. What you're discribing is limp mode, which usually only allows the tranny to run in 2nd gear, so it is very sluggish when taking off from a stop. The computer is sensing something wrong and disabling things to attempt to prevent further damage/keep it drivable so you can get off the road
