I just used a worn out brush on this one and the lines of the rubbers are a bit fuzzy on this kit.
I tried masking tape once but paint kept creaping under it, especially where the tape was bent around corners.

Masking tape work wery well, only use Tamiya kind on the edges, this kind is soft, conformable, and thin. Place the tape , press it carefully and cut with a sharp knife along edges, so peel tape in excess and spray or brush. Another way is outlining edges with a flrxible 1mm wide tape strip and fill the rest.
Well at least fi you don't like mask you'll outline edges with a permanent black fine felt anf fill all with the brush
