so does that only happen to the turbo cars or does it also happen to to RS/GS?

also, what is the estimate of total horsepower that i would get from simple mods(intake, headers, exhaust) on a stick eclipse RS/GS?...and maybe even cams

just a rough estimate from 140 hp - ?? hp
