Question Supercharging 100,000 mile GS-R?

I was thinking lately of getting the Vortech Supercharger for my '94 Integra GS-R. The thing is that I just reached 100,000 miles on it. I don't drive it hard or anything and the car still runs pretty strong. I was wondering if it is okay for me to put in the Vortech Supercharger in a 100,000 mile GS-R. I really want to gain power and I will have this car for a long time so I want to make it fast in the long run. Will it run okay with the stock internals?

Also, do I need to buy or upgrade anything for my engine? I know most of you will say internals like pistons, rods, valves, etc. I'm just wondering if my engine can stand the Vortech SC with stock internals besides i/h/e. Thanks!
