thier are two buttons(hazzard, ETS) on the front cover around the radio. You probley forgot to hook the blinker cable back up.
On removing the radio, make sure the theftlock is disabled or the radio wont work(without the code) at all. Should tell you in your manual that came with the car how to turn it off.
