Sorry, forgot to mention wahers used – they are Perfect parts, available at

. Patination is done by model master metalizer colours, they are quite viscous, so you can easily brush them to fading effect in corners. Exserted details are patinated by one level lighter colour, following technique: wipe up the brush on some piece of paper (newspapers etc.), and after its completely dry, only “dirty“ of the light colour, rub the brush against the exserted parts. I believe it’s called drybrushing in English. It will leave lighter patine on them.
