I have a 90 Chevy Lumina APV with a 3.1. It has been in my garage broke down for 6 months! No one can tell me what is wrong with it!
I was driving the van and heard a pop and it quit. I couldn't get any spark or gas. Changed the ignition control module and got the spark back but still no gas. Checked the fuel pump, fuel filter, etc. It is getting fuel all the way to the fuel rail but will not come out the injectors. This is a throttle body by the way. I swapped out all the relay switches in the front of the van....no help there. I jumped the injectors straight to the battery and fuel came out and van fired. It's as if they are getting no power. I'm at my wits end with this thing. It has given me 190,000 miles!!! It is a great vehicle and I have so much new on it that I hate to get rid of it, especially if I'm just overlooking something.
