I'm pretty confused too, since stock blocks can run what Kevin just mentioned. SBR told me to keep the boost down to 25 for some reason...
As for the creep going away, I'm not to sure how that happened. It only stopped after I installed the EBC; before that, it would ceep hard all the way up to 22 psi without any boost control, and I'd get what felt like fuel cut.
