Yes, it has spark. Tried to disconnect all pcm input sensors, thinking maybe an info sensor backfeeding the pcm. Tried KG pcm, & main relay. Disconnect under dash fuel pump fuse, buzzing goes away. Yes, IAC, fuel pump, injectors, etc... stay on until the U/D or under hood FI fuse is removed. Suspect main relay wiring STG/STV, & backfeeding PCM.
