This is hard to diagnose based on your description. It would be easier if you could localize where the knocking might be coming from. The whining could be in the supercharger or in the transmission.

Check to make sure the tranny fluid is full for starters and if not refill. The knock could be in the belt tensioners or in the engine itself but it is hard to tell. If you can localize the noise post again.
