Here are some more questions: If I do build the 4G64, how will the stock clutch hold up? I would probably change it anyway, but I was just wondering. Also, how would the transmission, axles, etc hold up? I know I will need a limited slip because as the car is now it likes to spin alot. Is there anything else I should be concerned about?

You will definately need to change out the stock clutch. Your stocker won't hold up for very long. The tranny itself and the axles should be just fine.
You don't necessarily need a LSD just ease up on the throttle from a stop. lol
