secondly, you can get a complete 99 front end conversion done to the vehicle by purchasing the parts at
www.3sxperformance.com Since you basically need a whole new front end, might as well do the 99 conversion as you accomplish 2 things at once. 1) fix your front end, and 2) get the 99 conversion done and making your car look much better.
