I know on my SHO and my LX Sedan the washer pump is fitted into a sealing groment near the bottom of the resrevior.

Since it is a bit of a pain in the ass replacing it, the car has to be jacked up and you have to deal with hoses and splash gaurd removal. I would recommend going to a mechanic it would cost about $30usd retail plus the labor. A good mechanic could probably be able to do it in about 35 minutes.
