Before doing anything that radical why don't you try opening the exhaust with either headers or ported exhaust manifolds. Then delete the u-bend if you have not already done so. Then decrease the size of the supercharger pulley. Following that you can always install an intercooler, get a reprogrammed PCM. Get a larger throttle body, different rockers will also increase performance all with the stock supercharger. So there are a lot of things you can do to increase performance without porting the supercharger.

Although these are all things you can do start with exhaust then go to increased boost and go from there. Good Luck!
