Nothing against the LT1....but you aren't within 40 RWHP of a stock LS1 with your stock LT1. Ratings aren't everything.
Remember...these numbers are supposed to be flywheel ratings...

The LT1 car is correctly rated at the flywheel. The LS1 car is not.
The LS1 WS.6 puts down to the wheels just short of its ratings.
The LT1 car will make roughly 260-270 RWHP while the LS1 car will put down 305-310 RWHP. At least stock for stock.
Trust me, I have nothing against the LT1. Mean, mean motor. But it ain't no LS1.

l heard that LS1 cars were underrated.. so a 02 ws6 rated 325 hp. what is dyno numbers?? 350hp? 340hp?
also, some guys wree talking about on another forum.. they say regular LS1 trans am and ws6 LS1 trans am puts the same hp. on dyno.. is that correct?
