Hey guys. The old man just bought a used ford taurus SEL (2002)
After laughing at him for a few days (He only had it 36hrs before it had to go into the shop because it was only running on 5 cylinders), I now feel sorry for him. I wanna help him out.
Its got that keyless entry crap (drivers side door code panel). He's obsessed with it. The dealer didn't know the code. He said to take it to the ford dealership and have them read it. I don't want him to pay 50$ just for a stupid door code.
I read it was on the trunk hinge, well its not. There's a number pressed into it, but its got letters and shit.
The manual says its located on the "inner side" of the passenger cabin fuse box. Well its not. I read the vehicle history, and I don't think the fuse box should have ever been replaced, so this is kind of strange.
Here's a pic of the side of the fuse box. Am I looking in the right place or what?

Any other ideas?
