Angry So, when does the Lemon Law take affect?

We have a 2005 Equinox that we have had back to the dealer 4 times to fix the remote mirrors. It is a real harship to do this as my wife drives about 40 miles a day to her job and while we have two other vehicles, it has been a pain to get the Nox to and from the dealer. They just had it two days last week and we drove in the snow to get it today, and when my wife started it at the dealers the mirrors still don't work! We have an extended warranty and the vehicle has about 40,000.

Does anyone know details of the Lemon Law and when I can just just enough is enough and demand another vehicle?
