you can change your plugs yourself very easily
first get a spark pug socket for your socket wrnch, an extension longer than a foot and your plugs as needed per the timing belt cover on the engine or the manual. NGK is good, i have had great luck with bosch plat 2's though, not as hot running as the bosch 4's but still good.
just be careful not to cross thread the plugs, it is easy in these cars//
tighten them by hand first.
while your are at the plugs do the dist cap, rotor, and wires. its always good to have fresh everything
