Connect the (+) wire to the VTEC solenoid wire(green/white)..(under the hood by the distributor) and the (-) to any metal on the chassis. You can put the light anywhere you want on the dash....you just have to cut or drill a small hole and run it through from the back or you could even put it in the guage cluster itself.
