A "Cobra" supercharger? You mean from the 03/04 Cobra? Thats a positive displacement blower for a 281ci 4.6l V8. It will absolutely not fit a V6.

Listen to a few sound clips on the net for help with your personal exhaust preference.

Look into Vortech or Procharger for a centrifigul supercharger for your V6.

Not sure if there are any other heads for it.

I think that Cold Air Intakes are a waste of $ since they really dont add any power. You cant tell a difference in them unless you do a before and after dyno on the same dyno(all dynos are a little different) on the same day(weather). Even then you would be lucky to see 2-3hp if any at all.
