i have the same problem in my 98 Prelude SH, and i caused an accident a couple days ago and crashed my car because of it, but lucky that the cop!!!!
that hit me has insurance and it'll be fixed and i'll let you know what it is when they fix it, its going to the shop tommorrow so expect a response from me in the next couple of days.
