Heres the quick response I feel like giving:
Non-turbo: No bigger than 2.5". 2.25" has been said to be best.
Turbo: 3" all the way back.
Pipe is pipe. Get it custom done, mandrel bend. Way cheaper, and it's the same thing without the little 1 inch "Greddy" symbol on the muffler. If it's a turbo, get a high-flow cat. If your turbo and have no emissions tests, scrap the cat if you want.
