the tensioner is spring/hydraulic. you need to put it in a vise and compress it very slowly ( cantake up to 5 min to compress a new one) if you compress too fast the tensioner can burst... then you have 2 buy a new one. once compressed put the pin back in.

as for the roller the updated tensioner should have the bracket adapter on it that bolts to the roller to tension the roller. the belt will be very hard to get on, you will most likely need a screwdriver to put the belt on.
