YOU are your own worst enemy. You left a bottle lying around that got stepped on and cut your foot. You crashed your car. You didn;t use pretection while having sex. You crashed your (new car) and then you drank yourself into a coma.

It sounds like you had a horrible day, and I don't think anyone deserves that much crap in a single day, but how much of it are you personally responsible for and could have been avoided?
