i don't know about you but legal fees would not be worth taking this company to court, unless you have some way of not paying..
i want to suggest that you find a company with the rb25 tranny and ask to swap with them.. make a deal or something.. and try to find someone within your city to save on shipping. just a possible alternative solution..
