Re: Interior gas smell

So what have you done to track down the problem? I cannot find an exhaust leak, pressure in the tank is good. A guy at the dealer talked about some o-rings that could be bad. I will meet with him and get more details. Does you car run perfect? Mine runs perfect so I have difficulty changing perfectly good parts to troubleshoot the problem. The smell is difficult to say if it goes away after a few minutes because it is so heavy. I know that when I parked it in the garage the other day, the smell consumed the garage for a few hours. It makes me sense there is an oil leak burning on a header without any smoke. Maybe fuel leaking and burning off? Do you have any sources to fix the problem or out here on a limb like me?
