You can test this by temporarily unplugging the TCC harness on the transmission. If the car quits stalling, it is definitely the TCC. If it still stalls with the TCC unplugged, it's definitely NOT the TCC. The harness you are looking for is about 1" square, has 3 or 4 wires, and is located on the drivers side of the transaxle toward the top. The TCC doesn't begin to function until after the car is warmed up, so that's why it doesn't stall when the engine is cold.

thank you for the input and it just stalls no chugging and its a auto not a stick, kinda hard to pin point this cus now it hasnt done it for two days now and i just put some hightest gas in it ?? maybe its a fuel thing ??
