My plan for next mods; I could use advice

So since my car's been gone, I've come to discover that I have an insatiable need to modify things. Lately, since I can't modify the car, I've been upgrading my home theater setup (26" LCD HDTV, 5.1 speaker home theater system...). I've realized (yesterday in fact) that I probably should discontinue doing that as I've completely run out of room (my room is a 10'x10' box and my GF just moved in) so I've turned my attention back to what I'm going to do with the car when I get it back. The complete mod list is in the sig so here are my ideas. I'd appreciate any feedback on my plan. I've driving it back to FL in May and doing all the work over a week and a half using my dad's help and tools.

Keep in mind that I will NOT be upgrading the turbo any further. EVO16g is as big as I go so I want you to consider my mod plans with that limiting factor.

I've got a walbro 190 in my nightstand drawer. I know it flows *just* under the the amount of fuel that can max out the turbo but I don't foresee ever acquiring the mods needed to get to that level.

I'm thinking of getting an e-bay FMIC and some e-bay pipes (piping similar to this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-5-I...31777872QQrdZ1). I would definitely appreciate some advice on IC size. I'd rather not have to mow down my front bumper if I don't have to. I know it doesn't have to be excessively large to handle an EVO16g also. I think I want to go with 2.5" pipes. I've read 3" is too big for the turbo and flow rates can be affected.

With the pump and FMIC, I should be able to safely raise boost a good amount (from about 12) and not knock.

I'd love to upgrade the exhaust (yes it's still stock) but I have my reasons for not doing so. My dad will cover my car insurance until Aug if I leave the exhaust stock (crazy rule and doesn't make sense to me but who am I to complain). After Aug, I'm definitely hitting the exhaust hard. A few questions though about that. I need to register my car in MA and I need to pass emissions so I can't get rid of the cat? I'd also rather not deal with changing out a test pipe for a cat whenever I need to get tested. I want it to be a done deal. I've looking into the Magnaflow high flow cat. Does anyone know if it can be a direct bolt on to the RRE downpipe (currently my downpipe of choice) if you get the 3" 3 bolt flange?

I know I'm going to be told I need a tuning device before I do all this. I'm saving up for DSMLink and planning to go that route. I have the logger now so that I know I'm not knocking. I'm not going to start squeezing performance out of the car until I get the DSMLink so I personally am not to worried about it.

If I were to get DSMLink before I do any of my planned upgrades, I'll be limited by the stock exhaust still. The FMIC and fuel pump(which I already own) will give me an immediate boost in speed as long as I do it safely and make sure I'm not knocking. I think I'd do DSMLink after I get an exhaust. Please feel free to disagree with me and tell me I'm looking at it the wrong way.

Now the ultimate question. 660's or 550's? The fuel injectors will be my last major hold up. I figure I'll do those last. I'm 95% certain I should go with 660's but I'd like some opinions especially if you disagree with my above logic.

Thanks for your help. I can't wait to get my car back (hopefully by end of Feb ).
