my friend has a gmc with a 350 vortec motor, he has the same problem, but like yours it always goes away after warm up. If you want to feel better about, which i would, go to a gm dealer and see if they have any updates as far as a memo from gm that says that your year make and model vehicle is prone to doing this, and after much rigorous testing we found it to be inconsiquential. I hope it's nothing. Good luck man!
