^all i wanted the shop to do was weld on my universal exhaust, but the shop said because the inlet diameter of the new exhaust is bigger than my stock exhaust, the job will quote, "not right" he wants to do things the right way which is upgrading the pipes from the the cat converter all the way through, now that i look at the receipt, it says 2 1/4" piping, but the new exhaust inlet is about 2.4" so i dont know how big it truly is, i'll measure it later. But i did want to keep the stock piping because the low-end torque was great, i mean...i make maximum torque at 2800 rpms, i knew i would lose it when i upgrade the pipes, i guess i can live with it if i ever decide on turboing, and trust me when i say it sounds decent on my 1.8 4 banger, the megan exhaust helps i guess..... i'll try to get a vid
