Well, i figured out the window problem, the wires going to the switch were coming out, the over heating is still happening, goes up, and comes back down, still trying to bleed the engine. The door locks you can hear click like they are unlocking the door but they dont, so i know that they work. I took the door moldings or covers off and there are two rods that go to the lock. You can see it try to move the rod, but it doesnt. That lock and motor is all hidden up inside the door that you can't even see it. So, i know the wiring and mechanism works, but maybe it needs to be replaced because it is just old. The only thing is, is that it will lock the doors but wont unlock them.
