All you need to use the stock amps is:
1) A new CD player headunit
2) A wire harness adapter (to plug into your car one) $20 avg
3) A bipolar antenna adapter (nissan to legacy) $15 avg
4) An inline dB reducer. this will go between the new wire harness to the car and the wire harness to the new headunit. You will need one for all four channels front/rear left/right. Adjust the level so that you do not distort sound at full volume. Roughly $40ish maybe more depending on what you get.
For the headunit I have a rockford fosgate. They do not distort and will also play MP3's. You need to know your budget first, then go looking.

For #2, make sure you buy a headunit with high-level output and not preamp outputs.
And for #4, you won't have to do this if you find a headunit that doesn't act as an amplifier also.
