as far as the T-5 tranny in the v6 stang. it should be fine if you dont abuse it. a quote i liked from mm&ff was ive seen people that run 14s destroy a T-45 and people that run 11s on a T-5 and do just fine. it depends on how you treat it.

yeah with t-loc a 7.5" can handle over 300rwhp. and i would go with the SC'ed 3.8
